Celebrating Dylan Chandler who received Youth/Young Adult Leadership Award!

Camelot Community Care is proud to celebrate Dylan Chandler, who received the Youth/Young Adult Leadership Award at the recent Florida Coalition for Children's annual conference in Ponte Vedra!

More than 600 attendees gathered for the "Rise and Thrive" conference, July 21-23, 2024, which featured a keynote address by Jack Brewer of the Brewer Foundation. Brewer, an ordained minister with expertise in global economic development, sports, and finance, was appointed by the White House to the U.S. Commission on the Social Status of Black Men and Boys.

Awards were a highlight of the conference, recognizing outstanding contributions in various categories. Among the recipients were:

🌟 Kathryn and Gilbert Melendez, Children's Network of Hillsborough County and Camelot Community Care – Foster and/or Adoptive Parents of the Year Award
🌟 Dylan Chandler, Young Adult Leader – Youth/Young Adult Leadership Award
🌟 Mike Watkins, Northwest Florida Health Network – Innovator of the Year Award
🌟 T. Delores Dunn, Center for Family and Child Enrichment – Champion for Children Award
🌟 Tiffany DaSilva, Neighbor to Family – FCC Foundation Chair Award
🌟 Karin Flositz, Community Partnership for Children – FCC Chairman’s Award
🌟 Julie Smythe, Sunshine Health – FCC President’s Award
