Camelot Community Care Receives Special Donation from The Tampa Bay Lightning Community Hero Program

Camelot Community has received a generous $10,000 from the Tampa Bay Lightning Community Heroes Program.  The donation will support Camelot’s Hillsborough County Foster Care Case Management Program.  This program serves 500 foster children providing support and resources to their caregivers and supervising the overall case plan with the goal of permanence through reunification, adoption or independent living. 

Each day, this special team of child welfare professionals address the impact of child abuse and neglect on the children and the overall family unit.  The team partners with other community providers, foster parents, the biological family, and other professionals to assist the family.
